My freshman daughter was knocked down during drama class by another student (male/senior). She injured her tailbone. This student had been one of a number of male students that would, by the teachers comments "tease and pick" on my daughter. Who is responsible for the doctors bill? What is unintentional battery? Does this incident meet the definition of unintentional battery? What can I do?
