Personal storage unit was accessed and lock changed

I went to my storage unit to add some belongings my unit has never been late on payment and at this time is paid 3 months in advance .My lock was removed and a green lock and green zip tie was put on my unit ..I went to the office she came to my unit and said the unit wasn't locked and they put that lock and zip tie on she said they tried calling me but the number she used was a old number and was updated a year before and I also had changed address and pin code ..I asked where my lock was she said it wasn't on the unit ,they also took a photo of my belonging and as I'm looking at the photo I see my lock sitting next to the unit number they displayed in the photo ..I was upset at that time dealing with another issue and I just couldn't handle that situation at that moment ,I looked at my unit I told her things are not right and also there was stove in there that wasn't mine ..I have my expensive archery bow and case I noticed it was not where I had put it and it was clear in the back and it was just impossible to get in the unit ..I told her ill be back my bow is there and that was good and she gave me a new lock and I locked it ..I went back to my unit to look through things and deal with this situation when I opened my unit yesterday I now seen my bow case was flat and open and the bow was not secure or the arrows and my equipment was compromised ..I noticed my stuff was organized in different boxes and things were spilled out and broken and important personally information was now in a different box ..My archery bow was scratched and the cams with loosened and the bolts were stripped and also pins on my sight were added ...I went back to the office to fund out what happened to my unit ..She just wasn't making sense and was defending their care by saying she didn't know ..One thing I didn't catch the first time looking at the photo my bow case wasn't in the photo or in the unit at all and I pointed it out to her that you had the key to the lock and it was zip tide when you removed it my bow was there I didn't add it I couldn't of you all took this photo and you can clearly see the contents are not in there and it different some one put that back in there and my storage has been compromised even after we opened and I left its different I haven't been back here ...I feel that my unit was storages wars off and they realized a mistake was made I asked her about retrieve the video she said it doesnt save it just videos over ...What are my rights here?

Does the storage facility have insurance?

Have you thought about using your own lock on the unit rather than one provided by the storage facility?

Have you thought about moving your property to a more secure facility?
