Personality test

My employer wants to give personality test to all sales staff. Because of possible testing errors and confidentialy I prefer not to take test. can employer force me take test?

No. But as you are probably an "at will" employee, the employer can fire you. Why employers give tests to folks they already hired -- except to validate them -- is beyond me!
