Upon purchasing a mobile home the day of signing papers a verbal agreement was made for the seller to remove their personel items. Three days after said date we removed all remaining items which were items the seller had not mentioned wanting to take. The seller is now saying that the agreed date was after the date we removed these items. The seller is now wanting these items back or to be compensated for them. Are we liable for these items? Thanks Marlo

No. Seller has no right to expect you to act as his personal storage unit just 'cause he's too busy to get all his stuff out. It sounds like seller picked up some stuff and left other stuff. It was reasonaable for you to assume that it was abandoned property and sell/dispose of it.
