I have a Petition for Cert in Supreme Court of N.J. in a civil matter.
I can,t afford to pay lawyers, and there,s not much chance to win.
So I, m trying to go on my own.
I need to decide if I should dismiss the case, or try to proceed.

Is there any help availlable in this area of Appellate Law ?
