6 yrs ago I was convicted of an assult charge at that time the judge said if i have no other charge in 4 yrs I may petition the court and have the charge removed.
I can't seem to find the form on the web. If anyone could tell me how to draw up this form, or where i could find it, I would appreciate it alot. (i asked the court house and they said get an attorney to do it). I hope i can do it myself though. Thanks . [email protected]

My response:

How would we know? There are 50 States in the Union, and you haven't told us which State you're in, or which State convicted you. Each State has its own forms, rules of court, and laws. And unless you are familiar with such forms, rules, and laws, I wouldn't do it on my own. It's much better if you hired an attorney, or, at least have a local attorney oversee what you are doing.
