Alright. So there is a NCO between my fiance and I. How would I go about petitioning this through the courts? Would it be through the municipal courts? What process would I follow to get this lifted swiftly and successfully? I of course did not ask for them to put this in place. I would rather not worry about explaining all of the yadda yadda on how it was put in order. I just need some advice on how to petition this.....I would have a very strong argument! Your advice would be much appreciated.

Thank You
Ms.Simpson

He was given a differed sentencing program of some sort. If he completes some counseling then he is not charged with the supposed misdemeanor. Apart of that differed sentencing is probation until the classes are completed. And a term of the probation is a NCO. I can not contact him because the program requires polygraphs. If he fails the polygraph then he fails the program. Dealing with counseling is one thing (and beneficial) BUT this no contact is insane when I was never spoken to! I just want to see my fiance. I do not care if you pass judgment. I am just asking how to properly file a petition.
