undefinedWhat is the name of your state?IN I have a Question in Verified Petitions to Modifications set forth to the court. I do understand of the Rules and Guildlines set by the court, the real question is that I have just got a increase of support (noncust parent) And this increase will certainly be causing due strain on my living expences ect. I want to know if the court, when i appear. And i give the judge all the information, in reguards to meeting the critia to decrease the amount by even 40%. and the judge doesn't lower the Request what then. Do I just go into finacial desertion?

If it has been awhiile since the ;ast order was made and/or if you have had an increase in income, it is highly likely an increase will be given to the CP.

If you want to get an idea of what it could look like, google for an online CS calculator.
