What is the name of your state?IN I have been in and out of court with my X for 12 years, the children are 15/12. I have alot of arrearages moving job to job, it's taken a long raod to get secure where I am now. My X even the the court do not reconize that he makes a large amount of cash. (BIG HOUSE, lexus in drive) she makes the same amount as I do per check, I have been paying good for several years straight. But now i am faced with a 400 per month increase, my car payment and bills of the house will be so behind if I continue, I will lose then which will make transportation very difficult, probably lose my job that i have worked so hard to get. There are no circumstanse so great happen in my daughters lives to warrent such a vast increase. Even thought the courts can deviate from the rules and guildlines for the court, do they reconize that people have to live and it should be fair into both parties as if they were sharing that money in the first place, but not?

A: Yes; the courts are supposed to.
