What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? OHIO What Procedures must be followed for law enforcement to remove your Pharmacy Profile & copies of prescriptions to be used as evidence in a criminal case [do they need a court order, or can the walk in and take copies of prescriptions,RX profile,ect?

The police can ask, and if the pharmacy provides the information - great! if they don't, then the police can get a subpoena or court order.

Ohio laws may be more or less restrictive depending on the circumstances and specific information requested. Consult local counsel to be sure.
