What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN.
Employer has informed us that we will have to start getting our maintenance medication through them, if we don't it will not be covered under our RX plan and we will have to pay full price for it. I pay my premiums and feel I should be able to get my RX filled at place of my choice. I work in the medical field. Is this legal?

It's nice to feel feelings. In this case however your feelings are wrong.
