I live in Ohio and this person who is harrassing me lives in Houston, TX. I have documented everything and even the police says they can issue a warrant for her arrest but it's not likely that Houston,Tx would transfer her to Ohio. Can I go to Houston and press charges?? If you cyber people out there have any good/bad advice? I would like to hear it. Still searching for answers.

I don't think she was saying that the girl is stalking her via internet but by phone calls. She only mentioned cyper people in reference to us!

Well such is my mistake. But she can figure it out from there.

Just go to state statutes, then texas, then look under criminal law.
