What do you do when the only phone number you have for a debtor is their work phone number. They then refuse to give you their home phone number and then tell you to stop calling them at work? Is it not one of the rules of civil procedure that a judgment debtor must provide the creditor with a current home phone number and current address?

Nothing. There is NO obligation for you to stop contacting them. Simply tell them that you will stop... WHEN they give you their 'normal' contact information.

Nope.

Tell him that if he does not give you his home phone that you will attach his wages and/or call twice each day and ask the boss (politely) wheather the boss knows how you may collect the debt. If the boss says no, then you politely say "thank you but the boss may know the next time you call".

I already garnished his bank account but there is a remaining $2000.00 balance on the judgment. When I called him at work and offered him a deal to pay off the remaining balance monthly at $100.00 a month interest free. He told me to F-off and don't call him at work. Unfortunately you can not garnish wages in TX.
