In Mass:

Our company is in a billing dispute with MCI Worldcom. The dispute has been on going for over a year. Since then we have no longer been using MCI's long distance services.

MCI's collectors are now threatening to shutdown our existing long distance service with another company (PAETEC). Is this possible? Is it an FCC rule? Will PAETEC allow this (we are in good standings with PAETEC)
