What is the name of your state?

California

Do schools record telephone calls that take place within school such as classroom to classroom? And do they record phone calls from out going sources such as someone calling the school from an outside cellphone? Do they have the right to do that? And do they have to tell you they are recording?

Califonia is a two-party consent state so if they are recording both parties need to be notified.

There 977 school districts in California. Do you really think they all do exactly the same thing in all cases?

Have one of the involved parties log on, please. This is really none of your business.
Well, if KatieBen is concerned that she was recorded impersonating a school parent... and having it used as proof when that parent files a petition for a restrained order against her, then it kinda is.

(Yes, I think KatieBen = Brittany.)
