What is the name of your state? ****land

Would the following situation be an example of libel and thus prosecutable as either libel or character defamation?

There is a picture of a man sitting cross legged with a woman resting her head on his lap. The man's shirt is open revealing a part of his chest. The woman's top reveals an upper portion of one of her breasts (much like many t-shirts woman wear nowadays). Aside from that, the both figures are clothed. Using photoshop, the heads of two local persons are placed onto the bodies of the picture. The final product looks completely fake. The images is than posted on the internet. No where in the image or the comment with the image is an interpretation of the picture posted. Viewers are free to make their own decisions. The picture was posted to be humorous; a satire.

Can someone sue for doing this?

There are thousands of posts similar to yours so I have prepared a standard answer:

Get a lawyer.

Invest $20K and three years.

Sue the bad people for defamation.

If you win, expect them to keep doing it.

If you lose, expect them to keep doing it.
