i worked in wisconsin . i turned in a fellow employee for falsifying time cards. later the employee was heard making threats against myself and my son. he is 2 years old. i went to the director of human resourses and told him. he said they would keep their eyes open. 2 days later another employee warned a co worker to stay away frome me as something was going to happen to me. i went to my immediate supervisor. he had not been made aware of the threat by upper management. i asked to be allowed to leave to make my family safe. i was denied premission. he offered to move me to another department. i stated that this didn't solve anything. he aggreed. leter he moved the primary person making the threat but did nothing the the other 3 involved. i quit over concern for my family's safety. i feel like my employer did not do enough and didn't respond fast enough. Approximately 1 year prior i made management aware of this persons behavior. that it was affecting my home life and my attitude/personality. they told me they would do something. i was also told that mya attidude chand could hinder my advancement at the company.

do i have any case? iwould like to receive private responses via email also.... [email protected]
