My response:

Yes.

In Ohio, the Statute of Limitations on written contracts is 15 (fifteen) years from the initial date of service, or from the date of your last payment, whichever is later.

If the doctor's office hasn't collected by then, or filed a lawsuit against you within that time, they are out of luck.

But, in the meantime, you're on the hook.
