I have a new house that abuts a pipeline right of way. I recently had the property surveyed to use it as collateral for a loan. We found that the pipeline company has their pipeline veering over the property line onto my property and then as it continues it veers back into the pipeline right of way. This property was platted and surveyed in 1960. The house is only one year old. The property was platted before the pipeline came through. Do I have any recourse to claim against the pipeline company for having their line under my property. It is only 10 feet from the back of the house. This property is in Texas.

Regards,

Ron
