Is there a law governing accessibility to minors in an establishment providing "take-out" alcoholic beverages? I have been told that there is one called the "Pizza Hut Law" I am not convinced, since in PA, Pizza Hut does not sell alcoholic beverages. I would appreciate input on this subject. Thank you.
