pleading innocent

I was pulled over given a ticket,for disobeying traffic control device(stop sign). was also given no insurance and no motor cycle endorcement ticket.
I am 90% certain that I will beat the disobeying the traffic controll ticket. the officer said he pulled me over for running the stop sign, if I beat that ticket can I ask for the other 2 to be dismissed. what are my chances?
I aquired my ins. and motorcycle licence since my ticket.

You were in violation of the insurance and licensing laws at the time of the citation. A sympathetic judge may cut the fine amount because you are now legal but the violation will stand.
