The remaining trust estate shall be divided as follows:
One hundred percent (100%) of the trust estate to XXXXXXXXXXXX, the client's friend.

What does this mean? Everything goes to XXXXXXXXXXX?

Well, we are missing the context to determine what "remaining" means, but yes, everything that "remains" goes to XXXXXXXXX.
