Please HElP First Ticket

I just got my first ticket. I'm 17 and heard that sometimes if your a minor they let you go to traffic school or something instead of having it go on your record. Does anyone know anything about this? What do I need to do so it doesn't go on my record?

You must do 3 things. The first thing is to hold your hand up to the side of your head with your hand open. Strike yourself on the side of your head repeatedly saying "dummy, dummy, dummy" each time you strike your head. Do this a minimum of 10 times. The second thing to do is read the bright red letters at the top of the page. The third thing to do is check back later and hope you have received a response.
