please help i don't knoow if i have a good case

im 16 and i live in michigan. about 5 months ago me and my girlfriend were out late drinking and got caught. we were in her car and i had brought my cds along but i left them there in a hurry now im trying 2 get them back but her parents threw them away. can i get money from them or has it been to long? - thanks for the help.

Take it as a lesson. Are you going to tell a judge that you were out late drinking at 16 and lost your CD's after you guys were busted. You did not loan her the CD's. You left them in the car. Her punishment must have been to lose her music priviledges and I don't think the parents sat her down and said "are all of these yours?" Grow up.
