My boyfriend is on probation in MD and PA. I live with him and he is not on the lease but he has lived with me and my roomate since august 2004. I filed a report on him but I never pressed charges because Im afraid of what he'll do. Did he violate probation by my report I made? How can I get him out of my house without him coming after me. Im afraid if I get a protective order against him he'll do something to my car or my family or roomate. HELP!!!

If I tell his probation officer in MD (I know who he is and know the #) will he take care of it for me? Do you think his PO knows about the report I made? Is that a violation and enough to get him locked up?What if I get a protective order on him and he does something to my car....theres no way to prove it was him.

Take control of your life

Call the PO... isn't something happening to your car...( if it does,)_
worth more to you than living in a cage?
Take control of your life... no person can live like that.
Make sure you are in the radar of law enforcement.
Get rid of the guy..

The PO can tell you what he can and cannot do. If his/her hands are tied for
any reason I am sure he/she can lead you in the right direction!
