ok i know i already posted once but here i go again 
I am an 19 year old male who lives in the state of oklahoma. Just recently i was involved in a car accident. I was pulling out of an intersection and i pulled in front of someone. At the intersection it is impossible to see any cars coming from the left due to the way the road is shaped. It has been about 3 weeks since this occured and since that time due to the amount of wrecks at the intersection the county voted to revamp it and make it easier to see. I also play to fight the falure to yield ticket I have recieved due to the fact that they voted this I am also going to take pictures so that the court can see that it is imposible to see any trafic coming from the left. Now here is my question. The gentleman that hit me may have to have some plastic surgery done to his face to fix a scar the wreck caused. And we just recieved a notice from our insurance company that we may get sued. Also my insurance covers up to $25,000 in insurance bills. Will he have many grounds to sue me on? I mean should I be worried about this or not please respond i understand that you can't say yes or no but just any advice would be helpfull thank you!
