my brother was charged with first dergree robbery and arm criminal acction in 2000 this was his first time getting in trouble with the law and the sentance him to 15y with no parol he appealed it and the evidentiary hearing was denied due to finding of fact {what ever that mean, we dont know } he had a public defender helping him we had a paid lawer on the first time befor he got sentance the 15y now we dont know were to go or what to do we would like to get a paid lawer again but is ther any thing they can do for us .his co.defendent was found not gulity by a jury and is out free/ but a jury found my brother gulity.is there any hope to be free.
