Hi,
I was married in NC, now live in AL for about 8 months, my soon to be ex lives in SC, we have been separated for 14 months.
I wish to get a divorce here in AL, I need one really quick. I am planning on marrying my college sweetheart as soon as the divorce is final. Can I get remarried in AL as soon as my divorce if final, as in the next day? Where do I find divorce papers to file(cheapest) and can I file them at the court house by myself or do I need a lawyer?
No children, no debt, non-contested divorce. Can I get papers that do not require her signature, just to speed this up?
I need this divorce to be final at least by the end of August or sooner? Please help me and tell me what to do.

Ain't gonna happen pal.. and with the questions you have asked, you either need an attorney, a really thick book or to attend law classes at college.
