If anyone out there can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. My daughter is in her freshmen year at college. She qualified for the Work Study program thru Financial Aid. She has been working in a department there at the college since school started and has not received a dime in payment yet. We have been given the run a round from financial aid to human resources, to payroll, and back again. Papers have been filled out three separate times as they can never find her papers or any information on her. 3 weeks ago, they told us it was all worked out and she would receive one lump sum of all the past wages, then a check every other week. So far, nothing! Does anyone know who I can contact thru a government agency or whatever that might look into this, and be over the financial aid that comes into the colleges? I posted under Government forums and got no response, so since this is school, I am trying here. Please help if anyone knows anything.
