What is the name of your state? VA In 1998, I bought a car while I was in the military. A year later i let the car go into repo and quit paying on it. I then moved to CO in 2000. The car went to judgement in 1999 and I had not moved while i lived in VA. I was not served and they won on default. Yhe judgement has a 12% interest rate on it from DOJ. Now they are advising me it is now 7000. Please help me. What should I do?
