Unless he was doing some sort of illegal activities that the parents could press charges on him, like serving her alcohol, drugs, etc...

As far as having sex with her,

Pennsylvania Age of Sexual Consent: 14
Rape to engage in sexual intercourse with a complainant who is less than 13 years of age.
Rape to engage in deviate sexual intercourse with a complainant who is less than (1) 13 years of age or (2) 16 years of age and the actor is four or more years older.

§ 3122.1. Statutory sexual assault.
Except as provided in section 3121 (relating to rape), a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.

so he could get in trouble bc he was 10 years older then her when he was w/this girl but i mean like there isnt proof and she did lie about her age so nothing could really happen to him right?

In cases of statutory rape, it is not a defense if the person lied about their age.

But in this case, the statutes state: ...complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.

She was not under the age of 16 and it uses the word 'and'.
It does not state under the age of 16 'or' four or more years older.
