What is the name of your state? Indiana
My boyfriend sold a car to a guy on the guys website. The guy sent $ to hold the car and then came to Indiana and bought the car and took it back to his state of Tennessee. In the ad my boyfriend stated the car was not together and that everything was not there. He also listed what he had for the car. The guy got back with the car and then emailed my boyfriend with a long list of parts that were not there(most of which were not mentioned in the ad). My boyfriend responded with a list of the parts he still had and told the guy what he did not have. It has been several months and the guy is getting very angry. He sent an email saying that he spoke with a friend who is a Georgia police officer and the friend said all he needs is proof that he bought the car and the emails and he can go to his local police station and they will issue a federal warrant out for my boyfriends arrest and he would be arrested on a Class D felony. I think the guy is crazy, but would be interested in what anyone else seems to think. Please help me! Any advice or comment is welcome! Thanks!
