1. Animal Control is giving out special permits with out the requirements being met.
2. A neighbor of mine were ordered to get down to three dogs by a judge. Animal Control will not enforce it.
3. I call Animal Control when the owner of the dogs is at home, but the owner up and leaves every time, right before Animal Control gets out there. Someone in the office is giving them heads up on when to get out before they get there. I've addressed this with Executive Director & Supervisor of Animal Control nothing was done.
3. The owner of the dogs tells Animal Control that she has moved to another state, when she has not moved anywhere, because her car registration, license, and mail has never changed since she has been here in Ga.
4. Animal Control has closed the case on the neighbor with the same amount of dogs (10), before they even gotten involved. In so many words that is telling me that everyone in the County, do not have to register their dogs and get tags for them. And that anyone can get a special permit and have as many dogs as you want.
5. I have talked with the Executive Director & Supervisors at Animal Control, County Manager, Deputy County Manager, the Commissioner's office over Animal Control Services, but no one wants to listen or do anything about it.
I want to sue for my time, the disturbance and/or enjoyment of my home. I would really like for the administration at Animal Control to be replaced with people that will do the job of enforcing not contributing to the problem.
