Learning punctuation, capitalization and basic grammar would be a good start. :D

Is this a ex husband or boyfriend.

Has paternity been established.

Is there a court order in regards to custody/visitation and/or child support.

Sadly nothing can be done unless he actually does do something. You do not have to allow anything other than what the court order allows and without just cause AND an order cannot restrict that visitation. His threats alone aren't likely enough to do anything about this.

How old are the children?

If they are old enough to understand if I were you I would speak to them about this and if it WERE to happen prepare them as to how to protect themselves but possibly get in touch with you so the authorities would know where they were.

He is my soon to be ex-husband and in the divorce papers he signed he had visitation but now he is contesting the papers after signing them does he have the right to see them until everything is settled

If you are still married, and there is no court order to the contrary... he has the same exact rights to the children as you do.

What a stupid question. would you prefer he not see them at all until you all get done with the divorce?

I also wonder if she thinks it would be okay for dad to deny her visits if he had the kids at this point. She would then be on here throwing a fit cause he would not let her see the kids.

Do you mean there is a signed by the judge custody and visitation order already filed with the court system? He is contesting the order he agreed to just recently?

I am no expert on the law, but I would have to say if this is the case you don't have to do anything more than what the present order states.
