my soon ex husband signed the divorce papers and now he wants to contest it and i have the children with me does anyone know if i have to let them visit them until everything is final.

Your kidding right? THOSE ARE HIS KIDS AS WELL! If you keep them from him the court is NOT going to be happy with you. Not to mention that until everything is final or you have court orders to the contrary he has JUST As MUCH RIGHT AS YOU DO to his kids. If you do have temporary orders then you have to follow them. I don't believe you. You are not even divorced and are already trying to deprive dad. You are looking at a long time of being in court and will probably earn frequent flyer miles.
