Question.... My step brother pays child support on two children... they are taking over half of his wages... are they allowed to do that? he has very little to live on after they are taking that out.... thank you for any help

And yes, you should have given the name of HIS state. Really, the state that holds his CS order. Really, he should be here himself, asking his own questions and giving his own answers. Third parties can barely cut it.
