What is the name of your state? TX- The company payroll account was frozen by an attorney that works for another company that the company that I worked for owed money to, the check did not clear the bank since it was frozen, and now I did not get my check from this weeks payday(wednesday) due to the account and also my vacation check that I put in for this weeks pay, and plus the hours that I worked this week. What can I do? Please help.
