well my boyfreind is underage he is 17. he is staying in clearfeild utah with his cousin until he finishes school. he has to wait until he is 18 which will be in march because of some issues with his parents. He got caught drunk in public. he has a court date on the 19 of this month. will he still be able to come back? or are they going to make him stay there because of probation or something?

He will likely receive some sort of probation and the loss of his driving privileges for at least six months.
