What is the name of your state (Massachusetts) .

Here it goes..

Employed in a Large Medical Facility for 9 years with excellent reviews. In the
last 13 months I had worked OT and my manager told me not to put it on my time card. I sent a letter to HR and it was resolved. Beginning of this year,
I have been called in several times by Director and Manager being accused of looking at explicit pictures, getting patient complaints ext....

March 2009, called in again and was given a WRITTEN warning stating I made hang up call's from a common work area and said my employment was in jeapordy, I categorically denied. Called in again July this year and given a
final written warning stating I was on a chat room on the computer. This month president gave every employee a bonus check and I was denied this
because I was written up . I didn't do these things and they have no proof. Do I have any recourse? I have all e-mails,letters, picture of common phones saved . Harrassment and withholding money. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

This is not illegal harrassment, as has already been explained on the other forum on which you posted this question.

Unless the bonus is contractually required, the employer can refuse to pay it to you because they didn't like the donuts you brought in yesterday.
