My 16 year old son was at a party and got charged with sales to minors prohibitions what exactly does this charge mean

Tell us exactly what the citation says.

I'm guessing that he was charged with selling something illegal to minors (drugs, alcohol, maybe cigarettes). So what, EXACTLY, does the complaint say?
