Hello, I live in Ohio and have ran into a rather big situation. Today, my 19 y/o friend brought his 16 y/o girlfriend to my house. They both stayed over for around 45 minutes or so. Well, the girl's mother came over to my house today and told my mother that both of the kids claim to have had sex in the house...The only time I left the two alone in my room was for literally around 60 seconds to get hydrogen peroxide for a cut on my 19 y/o friend's head. Now me (19) and my mother, and I are being told that we will be takin to court for allowing a minor have sex on the premises. I'm not sure why they are doing this to us but we need help very bad.

Also, I might as well add that when talking to the girl alone while our mother's were talking, the girl admitted to me that this was all one big lie and that I need to confront my friend. (I have been trying.) There is just no way this happened in my house, and this really got me angry she would admit it was a lie right there and then.

Do we file for false accusations?? My mother and I are really concerned about the whole thing and wanna know what should we do?

All advice is appreciated.

  • Stay away from this girl. She is bad news.
  • Do not talk to anyone about this except your lawyer
  • If the police show up asking question, do not talk to them without your lawyer present
  • go to youtube and find the 48 minute video titled "Never talk to the police"
  • Watch the video titled "Never talk to the police"
  • Stay away from these people
  • Do not confront your "friend".
  • This person is not your friend
