My response:
Does your question have anything to do with "Divorce, Separation or Annulment" ?
Washington State is a "Community Property" State. Therefore, it doesn't matter whether your name is on the Registration or Title. The car is half yours.
The only difference is that YOU can't sell the car on your own without his signature. If your post has it's roots in divorce, then the car can be either awarded to you or your husband in the divorce, or it can be ordered sold - - it all depends upon which of you is capable of making the payments.
If you want the car in your name alone, you and he will need to refinance the car, either through Ford or some other source.
