My Father is suffering from Paralysis in India, and my mother is not earning.
I am a "Conditional Permanent Resident" here in Los Angeles. Can i bring my parents to the US to stay here with me. Please let me know how this can be done.

No.. and even if it could, it would take 10 years to process and you would be liable for 100% of all medical costs.

What if i bring them when they get ok with medical problems. Can i petition for their immigration then?
