18 yrs old in Arkansas.
Arrested for statutory rape. Am guilty as this was a girlfriend and her mom filed charges. Bond is 40,000 and this is 1st offense. What does the future look like for me? Also, Can you Eventually be released on a signature bond or something if you don't have the cash to pay bail? Thanks so much! Don't know what to do!
