My 20 year old ,honor roll college sister allowed a friend to pierce her ears. The friend was a store manager and told my sister that she could have the store merchandise that she'd selected while in the store. However, neither of the girls were aware that the lead store manager was outside the mall store surveying the manager's actions due to suspicion of ongoing events like this in the past with various people. They never left the store and offered to pay for the merchandise however the lead manager did not accept their offers.*** Most of the merchandise was on sale and total approx $175, upon being charged they rang all merchandise at regular price totaling $300.(Is that fair) No merchandise was lost from the store!! Can the value of the merchandise be divided by the two girls to decrease or lessen their charges to misdeamenor or is there any loop hole to be acquitted of this mess. The girls are truly sorry and want to make ammends some way.
