What is the name of your state? Arizona

Our property management company has raised our fricken rent 2 TIMES now . its raised $50 first time $100 the 2nd time all within 6 months. I have a 6month old baby and wife. And i cannot believe they are not considering the recognition of us staying here sof ar for two years and its probably just because people moved out somewhere in here making US have to pay more to compensate for their losses or requirements in earnings.
We cannot afford now 800 dollars per month on an apartment thats in a area that has had crime so far a few times with burglary and break-ins and this was after we had moved in as well. We had to stay because of certain life routine circumstances. I mean WHAT THE DEVIL....our rents used to be $684.11 Please can we get some advice on ways to fight this, defend ourselves, or address some major points to them from our end? I'd like to negotiate a change with them atleast to keep it the same for two months.

Okay, what type of lease are you on? Month to month, renews every year, what?
What notice were you given about the increases?
Why didn't you move when you got the notices?
What does your lease say in regards to rent increases?

The fact that you've lived there for 2 years has nothing to do with your landlord not being able to raise the rent.
