Need Help

I was told by my landlord that I had to move in a year. Then he told me he want me and my famliy to leave for 3 to 4 days so he can remoldel the bath room.Plus he said after that he wants to raise the rent to pay for the cost of the bath room. Once he tells me I have to leave can he raise the rent?? and can he make me leave so he can remodel ???

Tell the landlord that he can remodel the bathroom after you leave. That way he can rerent the unit and raise the rent for the new tenant. Keep in mind that this is the landlord's property and he can do what he wants as long as it is stated in the lease that you both signed. My advice, starting looking for a new place, maybe he will let you out of your lease early.
