Plz help as I have many problems showing evidence of scam/fraud by a member. 911 hurts us physically, but others hurts us financially and they should be called "Financial Terrorists"...I purchased a script from member HOANGVM (based in Germany) of GetPaidForum.com was selling in there. All his post are there where he asks $10 for a 4Daily Script that now I dont know if its illegal as he claims in a message is from Earngate.com and that he has reseller license. To make matters worse, he asked to be paid by eGold (now I know why all ask for eGold) cause I am a US citizen and Paypal is best for us. eGold default value is grams so I overpaid the guy. 10grams= $148.85 and I was supposed to send $10, I made mistake in egold by putting grams..I asked for excesss money in Forum post and to him by emails and I have copies of everything. He lies saying he recieved $10. eGold which I called first thing in morning didnt reverse it as I claimed typographical error. NOw I want somebody to help me with the following. I have submitted evidence to GPForum.com administrators by email which they dont respond and the same evidence I send I post it so I was banned unreasonably in the forum. Did they violate any of my rights or freedom of speech?. Also, now I go to libraries and create new userrnames to post evidence and to show he never sent item paid but Forum administrators two of them Mystical2000 and Enchanted keep editing/erasing the posts. Are they violating any of my rights?. All i want to show is this guy is a scammer/fraudster and to prevent others from being scammed and to show that he never sent item so he committed a FRAUD. He appears to be based in Germany and with court we can get his info in eGold and GPForum.com. What can I do to force the forum not erase my posts. I bet you he will not show his transaction. People post there eGold/Paypal transactions when somebody pays them so they can promote downline. What can I do, Please?. This guy uses tactics terrorists do as he many emails and aliases even in Forum cause from overseas there are internet cafe which we dont have in USA. He appear to have several eGold accounts with prolly false names..Heck, he might be even from Alqaeda financing them. You can see evidence here:
