Plz Help....Urgent..H1B Transfer question

I have been working for a non-profit organization (on cap-exempt H1B visa) for past 3 years. And I have a non-exempt H1B from a consultancy company (started in Feb 2007) but I have never worked for the consultancy company (on non-exempt H1B) so far. I am still working on exempt-H1b. But I got an offer from an MNC (for-profit) for a full-time position and they are ready to process my H1B transfer.

My question is, though I DO NOT have any paystubs from the consultancy company (as I never started working for them yet), is it possible for me to join the full-time job at that MNC without ever being on the payroll of the consultancy company who processed my cap-subjected H1B. But I do have pay stubs from my current job though (on exempt H1B visa).

You cannot start either way because you are working for a cap-exempt employer and are seeking to transfer to a non-exempt e mployer and the cap has been reached!!!!!

Thank you for your reply. I was desperately waiting for some one to answer my query.

I already have another H1B (counted against 65000 cap) from a consultancy company. This non-exempt H1B was approved with a start date in Feb 2007. But I have not started working for that company yet.

Are you saying that I cannot even work for the consultancy company too? The consultancy company who processed my non-exempt H1B visa did not revoke or cancel my H1B yet. The full-time offer is from another MNC (direct offer).
