Poa Changed Mailing Address

AFTER THE DEATH OF THE GRANTOR....THE POA CEASED. THIS I KNOW.....BUT, THE POA CHANGED THE MAILING ADDRESS OF THE GRANTOR SO SHE COULD RECEIVE ALL OF THE GRANTORS' MAIL B4 SHE PASSED AWAY. PROBLEM IS.., THERE ARE OTHERS WHO RECEIVE MAIL AT THAT ADDRESS & AT TIMES, THE MAIL CARRIER WILL ACCIDENTALLY SEND OUR MAIL TO THE POA. WE HAVE GOTTEN MAIL SENT BACK TO US THAT SOMETIMES HAVE A POSTMARK THAT IS 3...4...IN ONE CASE ,5 WEEKS OLD. THIS CAUSES PROBLEMS BUT THE ....EX-POA JUST REFUSES TO REVERSE THE ADDRESS CHANGE. SHE DOES NOT PLAY WELL W/OTHERS AT ALL. SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY MEDDLING(SP?) AND THERE HAVE BEEN SIGNS THAT SOME MAIL HAS BEEN OPENED BUT, NO REAL PROOF. WE ARE CONVINCED THAT SOME OF THE MIS-SENT MAIL.....NEVER GOT RETURNED. WE HAVE SPOKEN TO ALL THE MAIL CARRIERS THAT DELIVER HERE. THEY ASSURE US THEY DO THEIR BEST TO SEPERATE IT BUT, CAN'T BE 100% MISTAKE FREE. WHEN THIS EX-POA DOES, RARELY SPEAK TO US ABOUT IT. THEY SIMPLY SAY..." ANY MAIL I GET OF YOUR IS ALWAYS SENT BACK SO ,QUIT BUGGING ME ABOUT IT." FOR A NOSY , MEDDLING PERSON LIKE THIS....IT'S A JACKPOT. IT MAKES THEIR DAY-MONTH-YEAR....HOW DO WE GET IT STOPPED? LOCAL POSTMASTER IS NO HELP. SAYS, "ONLY THE PERSON THEMSELVES OR POA FOR THAT PERSON CAN CHANGE AN ADDRESS. BUT I WILL LOOK INTO IT. THIS HAS GONE ON FOR MONTHS. PLESE HELP.What is the name of your state?

Please edit your post. Typing in all caps is considered SHOUTING on the internet and is very hard to read. So stop SHOUTING and someone may be able to answer.

Contact a postmaster in another city by mail or by phone to get a different answer on this. So many crooks have done this in the past that the postmaster should be able to tell you what the post office guidelines are on this. You also need to look at the form she filled out to change the address--if she didn't mark the correct box, the form could be filled out incorrectly and maybe all that is needed is for her to send a corrected change of address. For example, she should have marked the box that said the change was for a certain individual only or a certain apartment only, and if she didn't mark that box the mail processors wrongly assume they need to forward the mail for the entire apartment complex without looking at each individual name.

p.o. will not let us see the form. they do say it was only a change for 1 person but when you have mail for 1 address going to 2 different places......there's gonna be trouble. talked to another p.o.. they said i HAD to go thru the p.o. that delivers our mail. the ex-poa will not relent. we know they enjoy getting our mail.....being so nosy & meddling anyhow. they just again refused to change it back by saying....."i'm still the poa for***** & i'm suppossed to get their mail." "it's only been a few months since *****died so, their mail will be coming in foe a long time yet & i may need those things." "besides, i always send your mail back anyway so, stop bugging me about it." this is a mean, meddling person
who genuinely is enjoying this.

If the incompetent local post office won't handle this, then your next step is to do a google search to find the address of the Postmaster General of the United States and send a letter to him about this, also attaching a complaint letter from one or more of the people whose mail is being affected by being delivered elsewhere, or by also complaining to your state senator.
